Agility is a corporate culture with lived values. However, sustainable success in agile projects can only be achieved if all participants are based on shared values and basic beliefs. Due to different thinking patterns and views on leadership behavior in intercultural teams, special attention is needed to develop a common mindset.
In the case of intercultural teams (co-located and remote) who work agile, disturbances arise over time, which can rarely be solved with the method components of the retrospective. Scrum masters also often lack in-depth psychological competence to solve intercultural disorders.
