This seminar is specially designed for team members who are spread across different departments and/or geographical locations. The aim is to strengthen communication and relationships within the team and to get to know each other (better).

There is a particular focus on the team’s different expectations of each other and of the management level. In this way, mission statements can be reviewed, adapted or revised.

Interactive exercises, discussions and team games help the group to drive the learning process forward.
