In cases of conflict and dispute, an amicable solution can be worked out by a third, impartial person.
As an (intercultural) mediator, I offer you the framework to conduct a discussion and lead the process, which at best leads to a profitable solution for both or more parties to the conflict. The basic principle is that participation in the mediation process is voluntary.
I would like to remind you that mediation does not replace therapeutic and legal procedures, but can accompany, support and/or supplement them.
