Supervision is a form of professional counseling to reflect on and improve one’s own actions (usually at work). It is a form of process counseling designed to help develop problem-solving skills.
Supervision is designed as solution-oriented support for a group, a team or individuals who:
- want to reflect professionally on decisions and strategies
- want to reflect on and change work processes, structures and communication
- want to exchange experiences and rethink them.
