In this practice-oriented seminar, participants will learn how to recognize, activate, and sustainably strengthen their own resources.

In times of constant change and increasing stress, resilience and a conscious approach to stress are crucial skills for remaining calm and able to act.

A special focus is placed on personal sources of strength and how these can be specifically utilized and strengthened in the long term.
