Letztes Wochenende feierten wir bei uns zu Hause eine Premiere: Den ersten <strong>zweistelligen Geburtstag</strong> meines Kindes. 10 Jahre. Während ich die Kerzen anzündete, zog ein kleiner Film an mir vorbei – ein Jahrzehnt voller Lachen, Meilensteine, Schlafmangel und intensiver Veränderung. Rückblickend waren diese zehn Jahre weit mehr als „nur“ Familienzeit. Sie waren mein intensivstes <strong>Masterstudium in Sachen Resilienz</strong>.
Für mich liegt immer ein Zauber in den Tagen des neuen Jahres. Es bietet die Möglichkeit zu reflektieren, was gehen und bleiben darf, welche Ziele und Wünsche ich im beruflichen und privaten habe und wie ich mir meine Selbstständigkeit gestalten möchte, ohne im Dauerstress zu sein.
In letzter Zeit höre ich in meinen Seminaren und Supervisionen immer wieder, dass viele sich im Berufsleben, aber auch in persönlichen Beziehungen und im Umgang mit aktuellen Krisen überlastet fühlen. Viele empfinden Dauerstress, den sie durch ihren Alltag bis nach Hause tragen. Langfristig macht dieser krank. Resilienz ist hier ein Schlüssel, um trotz allem stark und handlungsfähig zu bleiben. Aber was genau bedeutet Resilienz und wie können wir sie entwickeln?
